Robert Floros, D.P.M., F.A.C.F.A.S.

Board certified in foot and ankle surgery, Dr. Floros did his residency training at the Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, and the JFK Medical System in NJ. He is a guest clinical instructor for the Department of Surgery at the Temple College of Podiatric Medicine and is an associate assistant professor of Anatomy at Temple University. Dr. Floros speaks extensively on sports injuries and reconstructive surgery, as well as bone healing problems of the foot, leg, and ankle. He is certified in ankle joint replacement surgery.

Vincent J. Migliori, D.P.M., F.A.C.F.A.S.

Dr. Migliori is a graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine. He is Board Certified in Foot and Ankle Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. His residency training specialized in elective foot surgery. He is also certified in Hyperbaric Medicine by the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society. Dr. Migliori has publications in The Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery and The Journal of the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Migliori is the Medical Director for the Wound Care Center at the Kimball Institute and was the Chairperson of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Community Medical Center from 2017 until 2020. Dr. Migliori is the Program Director for the Podiatric Medicine and Surgical Residency Program at Community Medical Center.

Russell D. Petranto, D.P.M., F.A.C.F.A.S.

Dr. Petranto is a graduate of Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and is a diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. His residency was served at Bryn Mawr Hospital, Crozer Chester Trauma Center and the Metropolitan Hospital Springfield Division in Philadelphia. He is board certified in reconstructive foot surgery by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Petranto served eight terms as chairman of the Department of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Kimball Medical Center Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus. Additionally, he serves as Co-Residency Director for the East Orange Veterans Administration Hospital Residency Program in Ocean County. Dr. Petranto specializes in the treatment of bunion and other forefoot related deformities. He is certified in Hyperbaric Medicine by the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society and has served as a member of the Professional Relations Committee for the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Most recently, Dr. Petranto was selected for inclusion as a Top Podiatrist representing Toms River, NJ in the 2020 Top Doctor List from New Jersey Magazine Top Doctors. Dr. Petranto also holds a patent for a flexible cannulated hammertoe implant device.

Darelle Pfeiffer, D.P.M., F.A.C.F.A.S.

Dr. Pfeiffer is a graduate of Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and is a diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. She completed her surgical residency training at the Department of Veterans affairs-New Jersey Healthcare System in East Orange, NJ. She is also a diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Pfeiffer is a fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association and is a physician certified in Wound Care – CMET. Additionally, she has been published in the Journal of the American Podiatric Medical Association and in Clinics in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. She is a current member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American Association for Women Podiatrists. Dr. Pfeiffer has special training and diagnostic ultrasound techniques. She is certified in Hyperbaric Medicine by the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society.

Robin Lenz, D.P.M., F.A.C.F.A.S.

Dr. Lenz is a Certified Wound Specialist Physician. He has a special interest in limb salvage and wound care including surgery to correct deformities causing lower extremity ulcerations. He uses the most technologically advanced wound healing treatments available. He has presented multiple research projects related to advanced wound care at national surgical conferences. He is a graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed a comprehensive medical and surgical residency at the Jesse Brown Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Chicago, IL where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Lenz completed advanced surgical training in Germany and England where he worked with international experts in diabetic foot surgery. He is Dual Board Certified by the American Board of Wound Management and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA). Dr. Lenz is certified in Hyperbaric Medicine by the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society. Dr. Lenz is Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery®.

Megan Lubin, D.P.M., F.A.C.F.A.S.

Dr. Lubin is a graduate of Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in North Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Lubin completed her podiatric medicine and surgery residency at Cambridge Health Alliance – a Harvard Medical School Affiliate – in Cambridge, MA. The focus of her residency was in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery, including adolescent flatfoot reconstruction, advanced adult flatfoot reconstruction, acute trauma to the lower extremity, as well as a multitude of diverse musculoskeletal issues. Dr. Lubin has participated in advanced courses in surgery, internal and external fixation, and arthroscopy.

Dr. Lubin is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery® and is Certified in Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery®.

She is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. In addition to completing her medical degree, Dr. Lubin also earned a Master’s of Science degree in Healthcare Administration and Management. Her special interests include the spectrum of pediatric to adult flatfeet, acute trauma, tendon injuries, and sports medicine. Dr. Lubin was voted Chairperson for the Department of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Community Medical Center for 2021-2023.

Michael Plishchuk, D.P.M.

Dr. Plishchuk is a graduate of the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. His residency was served at Kennedy Memorial Hospitals in Stratford, Cherry Hill, and Turnersville, New Jersey. Dr. Plishchuk has worked with patients at some of the most prestigious and well-respected medical facilities in the area including Robert Wood Johnson Hospital and the New Jersey Surgery Center, both in Hamilton, NJ.

He specializes in all aspects of foot and ankle medicine and surgery, including wound care and limb salvage. Dr. Plishchuk is board certified in Hyperbaric Medicine by the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society. He is also board certified in the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and is board certified in Certificate of Added Qualification in Amputation Prevention and Wound Care. His professional memberships include the American Podiatric Medical Association and the New Jersey Podiatric Medical Society.

Dr. Plishchuk is Chief of Podiatry at Deborah Heart and Lung Hospital Campus, Co-Director of Wound Care Center at Deborah, and is on staff at Capital Health System. Dr. Plishchuk also goes to Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ, and Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus. He has a special interest in wound care and limb salvage. He is also the sub-investigator in multiple randomized clinical trials of diabetic foot ulcers and chronic leg ulcers including Osiri and Integra.

Girish Nair, D.P.M.

Dr. Nair is a graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his medical degree in May 2003. He then went on to complete a comprehensive medical, orthopedic and surgical residency at the Department of Veterans Affairs of the New Jersey Healthcare System in East Orange, NJ. He is currently a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) and the Wound Healing Society (WHS). Dr. Nair is certified in Hyperbaric Medicine by the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society. He has a special interest in wound care and limb salvage and has worked as the sub-investigator on several clinical trials for chronic leg ulcers and diabetic foot ulcers.

Matthew Regulski, D.P.M., FFPM RCPS (Glasg), A.B.M.S.P., F.A.S.P.M.

Dr. Regulski is a Graduate of Temple University School of Medicine, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He performed his residency at the Main Line Health System in Philadelphia, PA, and is currently the Medical Director of the Wound Care Institute of Ocean County, LLC. Dr. Regulski is also Co-Director of The Center for Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine at Community Medical Center and is involved at the Wound Care Center at the Kimball Institute. He has been the principal investigator for multiple clinical trials for wound healing, diabetic foot, and venous leg ulcers, and has authored several peer-reviewed articles for the treatment of chronic wound healing and limb-salvage surgery.

Dr. Regulski is currently on the Board of Directors of the Federation of International Podiatry and is the Scientific Chairman for the Federation of International Podiatry. He is also the Communications Director for the Foot Working Group of the American Diabetes Association. Dr. Regulski is a wound care certified physician and fellow of both the Academy of Physicians in Wound Healing and the American Professional Wound Care Association. He is also a National Delegate for the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care and is a member of the Wound Healing Society. An International and National lecturer of wound healing and limb-salvage surgery, Dr. Regulski has multiple certifications in wound healing, diabetic wounds, and limb-salvage surgery.

Dr. Matthew Regulski is a fellow faculty member at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, Scotland.

Kerianne Spiess, D.P.M., F.A.C.F.A.S.

Dr. Kerianne Spiess is a graduate of Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. She then went on to complete a prestigious four-year surgical residency at Temple University Hospital, a Level 1 Trauma Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Spiess served as chief resident during her final year. Throughout her residency, she received extensive training in foot and ankle trauma and reconstructive surgery, diabetic limb salvage, elective forefoot and rearfoot surgical techniques, and wound care. During her residency, Dr. Spiess completed a rotation at The Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Spiess has participated in advanced courses in various surgical techniques including internal and external fixation and arthroscopy. Her research has been published in the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery and Podiatry Today. She is certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Spiess is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery® certified in Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery®.

Amanda Crowell, D.P.M., F.A.C.F.A.S.

Dr. Amanda Crowell is a graduate of Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. She completed her residency training at Temple University Hospital, a level one trauma center and one of the few four-year podiatric surgical residency programs in the country. She served as chief resident during her final year. Her training included foot and ankle trauma and reconstructive surgery, diabetic limb salvage, and wound care. Additionally, Dr. Crowell completed a two-month rotation at the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics in Baltimore, MD. She has attended courses and received specialized training in arthroscopy and various surgical techniques. She has presented her research at professional conferences and has been published in several print and online journals. Dr. Crowell is currently a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery® and has become Certified in Foot and Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery® .

Matthew Modugno, D.P.M.

Dr. Modugno is a graduate of Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He then went on to complete a three-year residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at the Main Line Health System, just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Modugno served as Chief Resident during his final year. Throughout his residency, he received extensive training in foot and ankle trauma and reconstructive surgery, elective forefoot and rearfoot surgical techniques, diabetic limb salvage, wound care, and sports medicine. He attended courses and received training in arthroscopy and various surgical techniques including external fixation and joint replacement of the foot and ankle.

Dr. Modugno has presented his research at several professional conferences and is currently a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Podiatric Medical Association. His special interests include sports medicine, trauma, and reconstruction of the foot and ankle.

Nikki Migliori, D.P.M.

Dr. Nikki Migliori is a graduate of Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Migliori completed her three-year residency training at Main Line Health Hospital which is a Level II trauma center. Throughout her three years as a resident, Dr. Migliori gained valuable experience in lower extremity reconstructive surgery, foot and ankle trauma, diabetic limb salvage, wound care and both forefoot and rearfoot elective surgeries. She attended courses and received extensive training in arthroscopy and multiple surgical techniques. She has presented her research at professional conferences and is currently a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Michael J. Felicetta, D.P.M.

Dr. Michael J. Felicetta has been a practicing Doctor of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in New Jersey and Pennsylvania since 1978 and has been a member of Ocean County Foot & Ankle Surgical Associates, P.C. since March 2016. He has also been on staff at the Community Medical Center since 1983. Dr. Felicetta specializes in Podiatric Medicine, Podiatric Surgery, Diabetic Foot Care, Podiatric Orthopedics, and Podiatric Dermatology.

After graduating from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Philosophy, Dr. Felicetta attended the New York College of Podiatric Medicine to receive his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery degree. He is currently a member of the APMA, NJPMS, the American Diabetes Association Practitioners, and the American Hospital Podiatrists Association.

Cyndi Shymanski, M.B.A., B.A., R.T.

Cyndi Shymanski attended Trenton State College, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree and an NCAA Women’s Soccer Championship. Recognizing her passion for helping others through the medical field, Cyndi attended Riverview Medical Center School of Radiologic Technology, earning the Emma Wolfe Scholarship for Clinical Excellence. After receiving her license in Radiologic Technology, Cyndi worked both in the hospital and private practice settings. As Cyndi focused her interest on the management aspect of her field, she completed a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, graduating from Georgian Court University, and was invited to speak on behalf of her class at graduation. Cyndi has spent over 25 years with Ocean County Foot and Ankle Surgical Associates and plans to continue helping to grow this premiere practice of physicians.

Davison de Queiroz, C. Ped., B.O.C.O., C.O., L.O.

Davison de Queiroz has been assisting patients as a certified orthotist and pedorthist for over 45 years. He received his certification by the American Board of Certifications in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics, Inc.

His experience began in the public sector where his craft and talent made him an expert for 19 years. Following this, Davison created his own private practice which he enjoyed for 23 years.

Davison has been providing services at Ocean County Foot & Ankle Surgical Associates, P.C. since 2014 as an integrated provider helping to conveniently service our patients with bracing and custom shoe service. His compassionate care and skill competency make him a valuable asset to our foot and ankle specialists.

Gabrielle DiCuollo, B.S., R.V.T.

Gabrielle DiCuollo began her career at Ocean County Foot and Ankle Surgical Associate, P.C. almost five years ago. She has been a registered vascular technologist for two years. Gabrielle graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Health Science. Her heart has always been in the medical field and she really enjoys helping people.

Kristen Wilson, B.S., R.V.T.

Kristen Wilson is a registered vascular technologist who began her career at Ocean County Foot and Ankle Surgical Associates, P.C. in 2014. Kristen has her Bachelor of Science in medical imaging with a specialty in vascular ultrasound from Rutgers University School of Health Professions. She is registered with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Kristen strives to make her patients feel comfortable, and she is dedicated to performing quality exams that meet IAC (Intersocietal Accreditation Commission) standards. She truly enjoys what she does.
